Our service uses print-on-demand, which implies that when you order from us, we will print your new products.

Each product must undergo a thorough inspection before it is delivered. Although mistakes may occur, we aim to ensure satisfaction for all orders.

For a refund or free replacement, the package must:

  1. Be within 30 days of delivery
  2. Have the issues we describe below:
  • The issue is related to the printing quality such as bad print, damaged print, wrong print, or missing print.
  • The product was damaged while being transported.
  • The product is flawed before it was shipped.
  • The size of the product is different from what was expected according to the size chart, either being smaller or larger.
  • Shipping problem (no update from carrier, lost in transit, shipping to wrong address, late shipment)
  • Wrong product received (design, size, color, qty, product type, etc)
  • If your package is lost after delivery, you will receive a replacement instead of a refund.

P/S: Sometimes the color of the actual item may slightly differ from the advertised images due to lighting during photo shooting or monitor display. Please understand and allow for up to a 20% difference between the advertised images and the item you receive.

You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of your original order.
